Hi Chad, Since we’ve communicated a few times to address this, I’ll assume that your response was automated. I’ll follow up to my review to say that Chad has helped to resolve the core issues, but that doesn’t fully excuse the failures that led to my dissatisfaction. I’ve also advised Victory that due to paperwork errors, they’re overpaying sales tax on my deal. I’ve determined that I was not affected as my bottom line price is as expected, but Victory will lose roughly $1,000 to the state of Michigan. I’ve offered to redo my deal to save them this $1,000 of lost revenue, but I didn’t hear back. So, my experience with Victory is mixed. The sales team and Chad (GM) was pretty good. My experience with finance and the back office team was not great. My advice to anyone reading this is to pay close attention to your deal paperwork and if something doesn’t seem right, don’t sign. I was lucky that their error impacted Victory and not me, but the next customer may not be so lucky.
