James Shannon is amazing! Great follow through and makes the whole process so easy. He truly cares about his customers and is the only person I would ever want to purchase my Great follow through and makes the whole process so easy. This was my 4th car with him (9th overall with the dealership) and he is the reason I continue to do business with the dealership. The dealership could be slightly less pushy. Take no as a complete sentence. If a customer states they have already discussed things with their sales person and they have a plan, that is not an invitation for multiple phones calls from others.
