Came in to service 2005 CRV, Bought my third CRV from this dealer. Ed in service was very helpful in getting my car fixed also gave me a loaner. I have always gotten friendly and fast service. I had purchased my tires at another Honda dealer and they needed rotation. I usually take my vehicle to that dealership to rotate the tires as that is don purchased my tires at another Honda dealer and they needed rotation. But, Victory Honda of Monroe said they would honor that deal and did my tire rotation for free saving me a trip. More

I was very specific in what I wanted and I told them several times that I was paying cash. When I arrived the car I wanted was there but they would not honor their quote unless I financed the purchase. several times that I was paying cash.
