How would you rate Darren and Kelly. Darren was great and very professional. After breaking the spoiler, Kelly was ok but impersonal. Didn't offer a loaner. I had to contact the Zach, the sales manager and he arranged one. Never said anything to me when I picked up my HRV. Mike handled it. No one went over the car with me. ?
