When the part came in took car in to be fixed.Car was fixed in less than an hour but was stilled charged 281.95.I did not exchange a word with the advisor named Jeffery i just paid and left.I am looking to purchase a new Honda Civic before the year ends but it won't be from Victory Honda in Jackson,Tn.I will go back but only for oil changes maybe. More

Daniel ((Honda Dan)) is Amazing!!! My husband and I have been on the search for a van since the beginning of July. We are so thankful that we finally stopped at Victory Honda at the end of July!! We are even more thankful that Daniel is the one who helped us! After we test drove a beautiful Odyssey, we told Daniel that we had to talk about it and we would come back the next day. We knew the minute we left that we found the perfect Van for our family, but it was close to closing time so we decided to wait till the next day. Well, that very night I ended up in the hospital for 48 hours, all during my recovery, Daniel checked on me and told us how sorry he was to hear our bad news and told us to take our time getting back to him. Well exactly a week and 3 days later we went back in and made a deal and took our Odyssey home!! I absolutely loathe everything about purchasing a vehicle but Daniel made this a very pleasant and enjoyable experience!! He has shown us so much kindness and patience!! Ripped off on interest rate. I purchased a new 2016 Honda CR-V in March if 2016 and was told I was getting a interest rate of 6.5 and the original papers I signed said 6.5% intere I purchased a new 2016 Honda CR-V in March if 2016 and was told I was getting a interest rate of 6.5 and the original papers I signed said 6.5% interest, but six weeks later I was told that they could not get that financing, but they had gotten me a loan with the same interest, but it turned out my interest rate was actually 10.24% on the new loan. I was mislead. I think the dealership got a kick back on my loan. More
