This dealership will not give you the price of ANY of their vehicles. Instead, they'd rather see how much you can afford to pay for the vehicle a month. I also found out that the car I purchased had be their vehicles. Instead, they'd rather see how much you can afford to pay for the vehicle a month. I also found out that the car I purchased had been wrecked and just came out of the bodyshop 2 days before I bought it! The salesman lied to me and said the only reason the car was traded in is because the person wanted a different color. The trunk lid is offset and the rear bumper is bulged out a little. I took it to them 3 times to have it fixed and it's still not fixed!! I will NEVER buy from them again, nor will I refer people to them. More

Actually buying a car here was one of the quickest in and out car buying experiences I've ever had. From the time I walked in the door and walked out with the car of my choice it was just a bit over 3 hours. I have been buying cars on and off for 45 years and have spent hours in car dealerships. I would definately recomend Victory Honda or maybe it was Ray Walker the sales person who made it all so easy. Everyone was nice and helpful. I have to say I had all my information, that I needed, before hand, so I knew what it was I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. I ended up spending less than I figured on. Got a GREAT trade and a better than I thought price on the car of my choice. More
After more than a month of driving "our" car, we were told that the deal did not go through and we had to return the car. UNBELIEVABLE. We traded in our car for the one we got and now my husband has no told that the deal did not go through and we had to return the car. UNBELIEVABLE. We traded in our car for the one we got and now my husband has no car. They gave us the money we put down and the $1000 they gave us for our car. The reason this happened is because Mike Salmons LIED to the bank and told them I was employed...not self-employed. I wasn't able to prove my income as my business is a year old and the bank wouldn't approve without a $5000 down payment. Had he been truthful in the beginning, we wouldn't even had gotten the car. Instead, now we have $1600 to buy a car with. Thanks a lot!!!!! I'm sure we can get a real winner with that much. Also, when I went in to get my refund check, Mike looked right at me and turned his back and walked away. No apologies, no nothing. The new manager, Dan, was very nice and you could tell that he thinks this is a crock. He wasn't there when this deal started over a month ago. Don't deal with these liars, especially not Mike. More

My husband and I are in the market for a smaller fuel efficient vehicle. A friend suggested that we try Victory Honda. He had recently purchased 2 vehicles from there and recommended the vehicles and tol efficient vehicle. A friend suggested that we try Victory Honda. He had recently purchased 2 vehicles from there and recommended the vehicles and told us that they were great to deal with. Apparently his is a singular experience. We stopped in on a whim this past Saturday to get a better look at the Civic, possibly test drive on and see about what they may cost. We were greeted very nicely by a salesman. He advised us that he was kind of new to the dealership. Even so, he was very courteous and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he went and got the keys to one that we liked. After the test drive, we both expressed that we like the vehicle, but wanted some different trim items. He was gracious enough to find exactly what I was looking for. We then told him again that we were there to look and to price. At which time, we were taken inside (as it was very cold and windy out) and he started paperwork on getting us a price. We were asked to sign this paperwork, and we expressed once again that were NOT interested in working a deal, but he said that he needed a signature to process the cost information. He returned with another man in tow. This fellow was pleasant. He was the “I am going to be your best friend today. I want to put you in a car, so what can I do to do that” So he began the “lets make a deal” game. He did come up with a deal that my husband and I thought was acceptable, actually. Then he stepped away to make it work and let us talk it over. All the while we had state no less than 5 times that we needed to go home and contemplate this situation and process the information. They just didn’t seem to know how to take NOT TODAY as the answer. Even going so far as to say that today was pretty much our last chance to get such great financing and such a great deal. Next comes in some other fellow, who sits down and has a completely different deal for us. More money down, our trade in, AND higher payments. So we said we needed to go, and he pulls this deal of “You signed this paper and that means there is a deal on the table and if you just wanted prices, I have wasted my time.” He jumps the sales guy and blames this all on him and basically states he is inept. Then tries to sweeten it up for us by apologizing. By this time, I had reached the limit of my patience. We had been at this dealership for more than an hour and had been honest from the start about NOT wanting a deal that day. So, I confronted this arrogant man. I explained that we needed to leave since we had other plans for our day that we needed to attend to. I also explained that I had worked for 3 other car dealers and knew about values and such. At this time, he argued with me and told me my facts were incorrect. Then he tries to befriend us again and we again say we need to leave and that we also needed to talk to some other people before making any deal. He also then says that he knows the friend the recommended the dealership. Gave us details on his deal and then proceeded to try and call him (I am guessing he thought this might help him in the sale). We were done. I was very angry and very much ready to leave. So we thanked the salesman for his help since he was the most kind person and we left. While walking out they all said “so we will see you Monday right?” I told my husband in the car on the way out of parking lot, that I did not foresee us purchasing a peppermint from them let alone a car. Horrible sales tactics. Rude behavior. Condescending a salesman in front of a customer. And you want me to BUY a car from you… I do not think so! More
