Very impressed with service department My daughter is 5 hrs away at college and called me with a screeching noise coming from her MXD when she backed up the car. We called Victory Honda an My daughter is 5 hrs away at college and called me with a screeching noise coming from her MXD when she backed up the car. We called Victory Honda and spoke to Mike Raatz in the service department. Mike told us to have her bring the car in immediately and he would get it looked at. Thankfully there was only a rock caught between the brake and and the rim that was making this noise. The service department checked to ensure there was no damage done to the brakes or rotors and got my daughter back on the road within an hour. It’s a great feeling knowing there is a dealership with quality people. Great job by Mike and the entire service staff! More

After purchasing a set of 4 tires with alignment for almost 600$ from Victory honda in Muncie, my honda accord 2007, V6, started shacking on acceleration and pulling to the right. The pull to the right was so bad, it was hard to keep straight. I took it back twice, and every time they were telling me that this is a special type of tires that follows the road, "slightly to the right". Each day, Mike held the car for 10 hours before calling me with such a conclusion. Finally i checked with another dealer in Fishers, IN. In less than an hour the guy called me and told me that they put wrong tires on my car. When I checked with victory honda again, they told me that they will not replace those tires (Triangle talon TR968). I will never ever go back again. More
