They got the job done in the time frame I needed, however there was glass all over the back of my car from the window that was replaced. It didn’t look like they even tried to clean it up. The only complaint I have after doing business with this dealership since 1995 including buying 3 cars is that I kept getting service notices for about 8 years after I notified I no longer had the car. Was told I could come in anytime for a fluid change (incl brakes). Waited 3 hours. Was charged $15.00 for an "oil stabilizer" product that I knew nothing about and would not have OK'd. When I left was told that "She was still working on it" and would email me the estimate. Still waiting after 4 days. Not what I expect from Honda. More
