This is one of the most DISHONEST dealerships I have ever done business with. On December 13, 2021 I took my 2019 Honda CRV in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. At the time of my visit my vehic done business with. On December 13, 2021 I took my 2019 Honda CRV in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. At the time of my visit my vehicle had approximately 8700 miles (no, that is not a typo). I was assisted by Maureen in the service department. When going over the services to be performed, she told me that I was due for a brake flush which would cost $146. I specifically asked if this was needed based on my mileage. She told me it needed to be done. Trusting what was told to me, I said to proceed if it had to be done. About an hour and a half later Maureen approached me in the waiting area and told me her team could not remove the air valve caps from the tires for the back two wheels. She said they were fused to the air valve stem. I was told it would cost me $35 to replace the valves for each tire. I authorized new valves on the back two tires where the caps could not be removed. Sometime later I went back to check on the status of my vehicle and saw it was ready. Another associate tried to cash me out but due to some issues, I was told I needed to wait for Maureen to return from lunch. Maureen returned from lunch shortly thereafter and began cashing me out. I was initially told that I owed a little over $300. When I questioned the amount, which should have been around $216 before takes, she told me the total was right. I owed $146 for the brake flush and $140 for the valve stems. I mentioned that the valve stems should be $70 for two tires as that was what I authorized. She then became snotty and rude telling me that I was wrong and that I authorized new valve stems for four tires. I know what I authorized and why would I authorized new valve stems for tires where the caps could be removed. After debating the issue and receiving extremely disrespectful treatment from her, she eventually corrected the price. She was not happy. You know how when a child is unhappy they stomp their feet. The situation was similar but instead of stomping her feet she stomped her fingers on her keyboard. During the drive home I began to question if a brake flush was really needed. As soon as I returned home I contacted some people I know who work in the automotive industry (car dealership owner, a Ford executive engineer, and a service agent for Toyota) to ask about the brake flush service. Every single person I spoke to said I was not due for this service, especially since I only had 8700 miles on the vehicle. I then contacted Honda Customer Service who told me how to look up the scheduled maintenance schedule for my vehicle. Per Honda, this service isn’t due until approximately 30,000 miles. I sent an email to the general manager outlining my experience, letting him know he lost my business, and requesting an immediate refund of $146 plus taxes. To this date I have never received a response to my two email communications. This dealership does NOT care about their customers and completely took advantage of me and my lack of automobile knowledge. I have subsequently filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau, and Honda corporate offices. On January 25, 2022, I received a response to my BBB complaint (same copy as above). Their corporate counsel indicated that “we ran diagnostics on the customer’s vehicle. It triggered Code 7 on its read.” Further indicating that this code necessitates replacement of the brake fluid. Upon contacting two different Honda dealership service departments, I was told by each that in order to obtain a Code 7 result, my vehicle needed to be connected to diagnostic equipment. At the time they told me I must have my brake fluid replaced, Victory Honda did not have access to my vehicle. It is such a shame that a business operates in this fashion. All to get $146 out of a customer. And when the customer learns of said dishonesty, the lies and false information continues to build. PATHETIC!! More

Waste of money Looking to waste your time and money? You’ve come to the right place. The service department will convince you that you need a $115 diagnostic test to Looking to waste your time and money? You’ve come to the right place. The service department will convince you that you need a $115 diagnostic test to find out your gas cap isn’t on tight enough (spoiler alert- the service team already knew this was the issue). My money and I were thoroughly disrespected. If I could give it 0 stars I would. More
