I am not happy. I am a loyal customer who always buys up-scale Hondas. I also purchase the car doc and extended warranty. When my car is being service for a problem I am a loyal customer who always buys up-scale Hondas. I also purchase the car doc and extended warranty. When my car is being service for a problem or a recall and the service will take 2-4 hours, I will need a loner vehicle. I was told because the service was for a recall so Honda will not authorize a loner vehicle. The service/recall took over three hours to complete. I don't think this is good policy and I feel slighted and disrespected. More
We waited 4 and a half hours and didn't even get everything done. They did not offer a loaner. Cost almost $2 thousand dollars for this routine service.
