I drive a Honda that I bought 5 years ago! It has been very good to me! I got it at your dealership! My other Honda died after getting it in 2002 until I bought the 2016. Went to dealership for recall service and they had the car a week for a 2.4 hour repair. Didn’t mind that so much but every time I called to get update on car they were not responsive only apoplectic. The car a week for a 2.4 hour repair. Didn’t mind that so much but every time I called to get update on car they were not responsive only apoplectic. Then when I picked up the car it had fast food trash in it. I would have thought after they had the car for a week I could have at least gotten a free car wash if they were so apologetic. A little disappointed with the whole experience with there service mostly because they did not reach out to me to keep me informed. More
