We have purchased 2 new cars from them over the last few years. The last service experience was terrible. After arguing with service dept. to rectify the situation they finally gave in and "fixed" the issue years. The last service experience was terrible. Less then a thousand miles later we took the vehicle to a different dealer and the issue is not resolved. Victory gave us quotes to fix other items. New dealer said those issues did not exist. We will not do business with them again, we dont trust them and were treated with terrible customer service. More

Came in for simple oil changeable had a big problem with Hyundai policies. The sticker put on my windshield same one milage, the computer on the car said another milage, message from Victory said it's time Hyundai policies. Make an appointment and bring the car to you only to be told milage isn't enough for Hyundai to cover it. Hyundai is crazy for there policies, which may lead me to lease from another company come next February. If the policy states a particular mileage for change you must put that on the windshield stick and set next maintenance on computer to match. When I make an appointment for maintenance to be done and show up at my scheduled time and be told we can't do the maintenance doesn't set very well with me. More
