I didn't rate Justin McKinney as I don't believe that I worked with him. Dalton took care of our finance stuff and Dan Hogan is who we worked with. I sent your information to my cousin Leanne Collings on an Escape and an Edge that are both used. She is a school teacher and just moved back to Illinois from Las Vegas. Told her to contact Dan Hogan due to the positive experience that we had with him. Everyone was very friendly. My company vehicle had an issue as we headed down to sign paperwork and Dan told me about Mobile mechanic and I got approval to do that and also have the vehicle fixed Chris Loftis and Nicole did a great job as well as the tech that you sent down. This is the WORST DEALERSHIP and the WORST service experience I have ever had. I have to say the previous two were not good, but this takes the cake! Your "new" service guy scheduled a visit for our experience I have ever had. I have to say the previous two were not good, but this takes the cake! Your "new" service guy scheduled a visit for our mustang two weeks ago. Said the earliest he could get me in with his tech that knew about electronics in the car and scheduling the upgrades couldn't see me until 06-25 at 3pm. So, I waited and showed up only to find out I did not have an appt. Pushed me down to the "quick lube" for oil check and full inspection as we are getting ready for road trip. When he finally returned and I asked about working with his electronics guy to get the software upgrades scheduled, his response was I had to do it on my phone!? xxx!? You cannot tell me that a tech cannot do that with the computer in the car as well. Told me to GO BACK TO THE DEALER where I purchased it! xxx!??? DO YOU KNOW WHY IT WAS NOT BOUGHT AT VICTORY LANE!? BECAUSE YOUR SALESMAN DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE ORDER, TOLD ME TO GO HOME AND PLAY WITH THE CONFIGURATOR ONLINE AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP! ???? Really. I'm sure no one will read this or reply to it, as your dealership has lost all credibly and does not care about customers. WORTHLESS! We will not be back! More
