I need to start by saying that I absolutely dread buying a car. I dread the entire process. My experience with Victory Lane Ford has proven to be the exception. After months of searching, I finally found an a car. I dread the entire process. My experience with Victory Lane Ford has proven to be the exception. After months of searching, I finally found an Explorer fitting my very specific criteria. However, I live in Connecticut and the car was in Illinois. I sent an inquiry on a whim. Clint Knight replied within minutes, verifying the vehicle was available. I thanked him and said I would reach out after talking with my husband. Here’s the important part: He did not bombard me with messages (as prior salesmen did), but waited until I reached back out a day or two later. He then answered every question thoroughly, and as I was buying from CT, he sent specific videos of the vehicle as extra reassurance. Clint was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I never expected to buy a car in this manner, but Clint made it the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had, even arranging the vehicle’s transport to CT. And as of this morning, the most gorgeous Ford Explorer is sitting in my driveway! I highly recommend that Clint Knight be your guide should you be looking to purchase a new car. More

Brought in 2019 F150 for a rattle in the tailgate. It’s on the left side. You can make it do it even lifting it up and down so it’s easy to replicate. 1st visit they looked at it and had to order part It’s on the left side. Didn’t make sense to me. Second visit they installed, but couldn’t finish because they broke something and had to order parts. Third visit they finished and said rattle is gone. Before I left I tried it by hand and it still rattled. Drove home and it still rattled. AFTER THREE VISITS!!! Wasted my time by two extra visits. They charged $450.00 after telling me it would be around $300. It is a 1-1/2 hour job, yet they charged me for all their screw ups. So I am out $450 with nothing changed when I asked them to just replace the tailgate hinges where the rattle is. They did not do that. It was like they have no common sense…..then still charged me for a job that wasn’t done. I told them to get a price on the hinges and labor and call me because the noise is still driving me crazy. 4 days later still no call even thought they said they would get back to me the same day or early the next. COMPLETE RIPOFF DEALERSHIP! Just like the old days when dealers always tried to steal from you and didn’t care. So if management sees this get back with me. This is not over. More
