By far the worst experience l've had here so far. I came in on 4/4/2025 at 8:45am for an oil change and suddenly my bluetooth stopped working. The first guy that checked me in didn't know how to use my car's interface and wrote the mileage down as kilometers. All he did was disconnect and reconnect the bluetooth and said it didn't work. Haimdi ALSO didn't know how to use my car's interface. How do you hire people that know nothing about mazda cars is beyond me. They were trying to charge me $255 for a diagnostic to figure out the problem. My husband googled how to reset the car's interface and did it infront of Haimdi and he said "you fixed it, you're hired." Like if we did this on our own the scam of overcharging the same thing was ridiculous. They also gave me 3 DIFFERENT quotes for my oil change. The first one was $227, the online system gave me $119, and over the phone they were saying $277. What a SCAM. You have sleezy, uneducated, egotistical people working here who price gouge services. Bought a used cx-5 from this dealer. Positive: 1) got me better financing than i got on my own 2) beautiful car, just what I was looking for Negatives: 1) they showed me a list of deal Positive: 1) got me better financing than i got on my own 2) beautiful car, just what I was looking for Negatives: 1) they showed me a list of dealer "add-ons" that all totaled $7k and skipped over the part that said they were all optional. So I ended up negotiating based on those optional items instead of the true price of the car. 2) Never asked if I had a trade-in. Then when the sales manager saw my old car he said he could have gotten me $1500 more than what I had been offered elsewhere. Terrible customer service, and why make a comment like that when trade-in is no longer on the table? 3) The rear fender trim was banged up. It's just a part that can be replaced. Couldn't they have done that, or at least offered to? The part is less than $100. 4) Their pricing changes week to week, so make sure you check the price history. The car was $3000 less 3 weeks before I bought it but they they were not willing to give me that price. More
