On 10/02/2025, I came in for service and was previously quoted $600 for a 40k maintenance package. Upon arrival, the price presented was roughly double. To reduce the cost, I had items removed and the total came down to about $800. The experience felt like a bait-and-switch, and I reflected that in the post-visit survey feedback. Most recent visit (02/19/2026) - upsell pressure and unprofessional interaction On 02/19/2026, I scheduled service for an oil change and new tires. At the start of the visit, the advisor immediately attempted to add additional services/options that I did not request. When I referenced the prior pricing experience and declined the additional items, the advisor became unprofessional in response to my decision not to approve the upsold services. As a result, I canceled the service and left. I then went to Dublin Mazda, where I had a much better experience. More
