First time coming to Mazda and this Dealership. Appreciate rep for squeezing me in for quick and simple inspection and car wash appt, however the rep didn’t seem too happy. When stating the services I would like, the rep asked me “that’s it?”, seemed a little judgemental and expected more. Lacks costumer service. Also asked for a car wash but car did not seem clean at all. Service Reps were a little rude and unfriendly compared to other dealerships I’ve been to. Did not make the effort to explain which part of my inspection failed and he told me to look through the package and tried to send me off until I asked him to go over it. Nice waiting lounge and snacks. I appreciated the female employee (i forgot her name) who works in the relation building/buying used car from costumer dept. She was extremely nice and friendly and made me feel like a valued costumer. More
