This is a really friendly and knowledgeable service department. I took my 2001 Miata here to get an oil change and diagnose the check engine light. My main contact was Phay and he took the time to explain everything I needed and why, and in a manner I could understand. (I had some contact with Alex, who was equally as friendly and knowledgeable.) There's no attitude or talking down to people. They make you feel welcome here. Phay made sure I was getting the discounts from my coupon (the dealer emails monthly specials to customers on the email list). They make texting an option to communicate about the status, repairs, and costs. I used both texting and a phone call or two. My Miata is now running great and feels as zippy as the day I bought it. This Miata has not needed much of anything major over the years, so the items they repaired were definitely due for it. I got a loaner car while they did the repairs. I recommend taking your Mazda here. It was a good customer experience and as stress-free as having a car repair can be! I also liked that they were familiar with working on my older Miata. More
