Scheduled an appointment for service on a company vehicle and gave them our account information (nation wide fleet management company), everything was set. When I showed up the lady in the service department was rude and down right lazy. She refused to even look up my scheduled appointment and kept saying I have never heard of that company. I gave her the phone number for the company and she said that I would need to pay for the services and have even them reimburse me later. Another employee that was watching apologized after I walked out and stated that he sees this happen with her frequently and the service manager does nothing about it. A manager from the company came in to try and fix it, they said they would get everything set up and give him a call in the morning. No call the next morning or at all. Why would a service department turn down services for a fleet of Nissan trucks? The lady that works as a service advisor needs to find a new line of work, someshing that does not require interaction with people or services. She wasted personal time company time and money for all parties involved.
