Their customer service was amazing. Was getting a car as a surprise birthday gift for my wife and they accommodated me every step of the way. Every request I had was met with ”let me see what I can do” and a surprise birthday gift for my wife and they accommodated me every step of the way. I found a pre-owned car at Hart Nissan I was interested in. Called the dealership to make sure it was on the lot. I made an appointment to see it, When I arrived I was met by salesperson William Wood. He w in. Called the dealership to make sure it was on the lot. I made an appointment to see it, When I arrived I was met by salesperson William Wood. He was very helpful and answered my questions. I test drove the car and decided it was what I wanted. William was not high pressure. He worked with me to get a fair deal.Everyone else I met at Hart Nissan was very nice and let me know they appreciated my business.
