The we owe stated nissan would fix the bumper and polish the light, in which Mr.Hull now owns this paper. I brought my car into the shop to fix the we owe the first time and the service members told me they would need to keep my car. I then stated, I need a rental car. They told me they do not do rental cars, and there are no cars available. I went back and forth for several weeks about getting a loaner car with nissan. They sold nissan to hart. Hart told me they had no record of this we owe or any service that needed to be done. This is when Mr. Hull calls me to ask for the we owe. I give him the we owe and he tells me he needs to get permission through Mr. HART himself but, i can take a loaner car until this is sorted out. I originally brought the car for a service, this appointment, for an oil change and an alignment issue as well as the we owe. Mr. Hull was nice enough to say they would REPLACE both of the lights on the passenger side. A week later, I get my car back from the shop and the light is just polished. The alignment is still terrible, the light now worse then before, and the service members did not even change the sticker of the oil change. I will give a detailed description of the light and the way it looks now; the light now has a scratched circle the size of a grapefruit and the light that passes through reflects the dark shadow of the circle. I have only had this car for six months. More

Oil Change to New Car I went to get my car an oil change and figure out why my check engine light was on. It had been on forever! Rebecca was my service advisor and she cam I went to get my car an oil change and figure out why my check engine light was on. It had been on forever! Rebecca was my service advisor and she came back and told me the issues that were wrong with my car ( which I had already knew a good majority of them, I was struggling y’all lol) she simply asked if I wanted to look at options for an upgrade from my 2005 Altima. I said yes and here comes Greg. Super laid back and worked with me on trying to get my monthly payments down. Long story short, I had no intentions on getting a new car, but knew I needed one and left with a 2015 Altima, 13k miles, and super good car note for me. Hart Nissan is the best. Good job fam! More
