Not completely satisfied Ronnie and Austin we're good to work with they did let me take the car home to try out but I was told every used car had to pass their 134 or so poi Ronnie and Austin we're good to work with they did let me take the car home to try out but I was told every used car had to pass their 134 or so point inspection before they put it on the lot however upon purchasing I was informed very emphatically including on paper that they owed me nothing and a 30 day guarantee was non existent. Also was told the car went through their service department but upon purchasing no records could be accessed. Just didn't make sense that they can't guarantee the car for 30 days if they are sure it's fine and passed their inspection. More

Car buying can be positive! We were shopping for a used car for our daughter. We visited several dealerships, and I read positive reviews for Hart, so we thought we would try. We We were shopping for a used car for our daughter. We visited several dealerships, and I read positive reviews for Hart, so we thought we would try. We were specifically interested in a used Rogue. Greg was our salesman. He was friendly, patient and not pushy. He showed us several cars, but we just were not sure, mainly with price, and he stayed in contact with us. It was down to New Years eve and we went back one more time. We showed him a car we were interested in at another dealership where their price was lower for a slightly better car, and asked what they could do. He was very honest with us, which was refreshing. It was this honesty that actually made us want to stick with him! Long story short, he found a car just traded in and though not ready, he had it cleaned off and let us look at it in the garage area and test drive it. The whole process was good and we were the last to leave that night. but no one complained. We picked the car up Jan 2 after they certified it, and Greg went above expectations to play along with surprising our daughter. We would definitely work with this dealership again! More
