I visited Victory Subaru with only the intention of finding out more about the Crosstrek, and possibly inquiring on prices and deals, as I would be in need of one more car in the family only in a few m finding out more about the Crosstrek, and possibly inquiring on prices and deals, as I would be in need of one more car in the family only in a few months as my son will be getting his drivers license…. I definitely was not ready to drive a new car out of the lot on that day; however, Mary’s upbeat personality, customer service skills, passion, and obvious caring for her customers, provided me with an awesome customer experience… Could I have saved or gotten somewhat a better deal somewhere else? Possibly… but there’s no other dealer in the area that can beat Victory Subaru engine and transmission lifetime warranty… by the time I left that day I was driving a new Pearl White 2021 Crosstrek limited and left the car I drove in parked on their lot to be picked up the next day by my wife and son...
