I felt safe and comfortable not needing to stay inside the dealership longer than was necessary to finalize the sale. After we took the vehicle home, Aaron has been very good at following up with me and checking in on how I liked the car so far. I love it! The service department's representative, AnneMary Oraffe, is extraordinary. She has been assisting me for three years. She knows everything about the car; and she understands how to translate my vagueness into clarity. With her I always know that everything necessary will be done to ensure safe driving. Today I purchased by 2018 Legacy, just coming off lease. Here too I met with extraordinary helpfulness. Mary Sweeney handled the paper work at the outset, contacting my insurance company, completing forms, even attaching temporary license plates to the car. Ron Levy handled the finance paper work, with thoroughness and patience, explaining gap insurance, tire protection, and long-term insurance on the car's drive train, etc. He and Ms Sweeney insured that I left the dealership with a sense that everything had been done correctly. Going to Victory Subaru has been a pleasure indeed because of this helpful knowledgeable staff. More
