He and Mario Lopez helped us find the right vehicle and we are very happy with our purchase. The only reason I'm not rating a 5 for Victory is because of our experience in "the back room" to finalize the deal. I felt that the person we dealt with was condescending and disrespected to us by 1) Daring to assume what we could afford to pay. Statements such as, "It's only another $15 per month" and "We need you to put down another $500" after I was transparent and clear from the moment that I walked in the door were extremely insulting. Offering us unsolicited financial advice was another turnoff. 2) After we came to an agreement, he shook my hand and barely acknowledged my wife. We spoke to Vicky prior to us coming over due to having bad experience with a different Sabaru Dealer to discuss some options we can take, so 1/21/2020 came, walked in, front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel at home, then we met Vicky personally, WOW what a down to earth person, then we were introduced and spoke to Bilal and Anthony M. that went thru our options and worked on how to get the best deal while meeting what we can afford to pay. Words are not enough to thank these people here at Victory Subaru. They made buying easy, We did not feel pressured at all, but actually felt assured that they will make it work. Praise the Lord we were approved and got the 2020 Ascent Unlimited. God works in mysterious ways and uses people to work things out for you.
