Within about 2 hours of walking in the door, we drove away in a BEAUTIFULLY maintained and detailed pre-owned Subaru Forester. Chris knows absolutely everything there is to know about Subaru cars. He took his time explaining the many details about safety features and the uniqueness of Subaru engines and I could tell he was passionate about the product he was selling. During the whole process we never felt pressured into a quick decision and they respected the fact that we were financing outside of the dealership. Even though we held Chris past closing time on a Saturday, his customer service never missed a beat, he even offered to connect our phones to the Bluetooth before we drove away! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My only regret is that we didn’t start our search at Victory Subaru. More

Zohaib was assigned to work with us through out this process. He is knowledgeable and explained us, in great detail, about the model we were looking for. He also explained us about various benefits Victory Subaru is offering at the time (including lifetime drivetrain warranty). He patiently worked with us through out entire process. Which made our decision a fairly easy one. Later on Luis Rivera joined us in finalizing the deal and helping us secure a great financing offer. Overall our experience at Victory Subaru was exceptional. Because of them today we are driving a reliable vehicle everyone would envy. :) More

I brought the car back the following day, and the service department fixed everything the same day with no charge. They even gave me a loaner (which I hadn't requested).
