I have bought cars from Lexus of Edison, Ray catena Infiniti , Honda of freehold , Open road Honda , Brad benson and this is by far One of the best dealerships who it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction . The "new" management really goes above and beyond to make every customer 100% satisfy with their purchase. They understand what most dealerships seem to miss, that's is all about customer satisfaction even after the sale. I had a on going issue where I felt I was "scammed" into purchasing cilojet and nitrogen when I ask I didn't want it and the old finance manager put in the contract with out itemizing it and he even told me that I wasn't charged for it Not until I got home and look at the number I saw something didn't add up.. The old manager Vic just played games telling me that it we would have to wait for Ryan the old finance manager because he did the deal .Ryan was never around, and just recently both Vic and Ryan were left go ,wonder why...
