Changed oil did recall and lost my rear view camera I had an appointment on August 24 2019 at the Victory Subaru NJ office (in Somerset) with my Subaru Forester 2012. I simply wanted an oil change and d I had an appointment on August 24 2019 at the Victory Subaru NJ office (in Somerset) with my Subaru Forester 2012. I simply wanted an oil change and do a regular routine service for my car. About a month ago after a parking lot accident caused by initial absence of rear view camera in the vehicle I had to do a car improvement: I purchased all what’s needed for a new rear view camera at/through Best Buy and had them installed it (Geek Squad). It cost me about 500$. When I came to the Victory Subaru Service for the service I needed dealer representative told me that I had a pending passenger air bag replacement/fix recall and so I agreed to have the recall work done the same day. I picked up my car close to the end of working hours and almost immediately noticed that my rear view camera was not working. I am not yet sure if it’s completely broken or has a minor issue : it seems to be working for a second and then the rare view image disappears , it goes black and the message ‘AV out:off’ appears on the screen. My complaint is not only the damage done itself but also about the fact that after I provided this info to the dealer representative through the SMS we used to chat throughout the day - it was like 10 min after the car pickup - nobody answered my SMS. I immediately called the Victory Subaru office by phone as well but nobody answered/ picked up the phone either. I wonder why. I am not a master in the area of radio or car electricity/electronics , but looks like contacts were broken in wires between dashboard and camera,or something like that. I called BestBuy regarding this, but they have time only in 2 weeks to look at this, so I am already in trouble as I just got used to rare view camera and it helps me to park a lot. Plus I suspect if anything else could be broken during the recall work but I just did not notice that yet. I never had problems like this before so I don't know who to blame here but my problem requires immediate attention and at least response to start with . Sincerely, Boris Galaev More

Great experience at Victory Subaru & Tracy Lambert I had a great experience at Victory Subaru's service department. Special shout out to Tracy Lambert for taking care of our 2013 Subaru Impreza. We h I had a great experience at Victory Subaru's service department. Special shout out to Tracy Lambert for taking care of our 2013 Subaru Impreza. We had a transmission issue, and Tracey had one of the master technician's Jeff do a ride along and check out the car. I didn't feel rushed, and he spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose what was going wrong. In the end, they both really went out of their way to help me walk away satisfied. Tracy always does her best to make sure I have a loaner car, and sends frequent text message updates about the service being done. It's really hard nowadays to find a dealership that still tries to provide great customer service, and Victory Subaru made me feel like I was being taken care of the same way a luxury brand like Lexus would. You will see multiple reviews about Tracy's service, and I can also vouch for that. Thanks Tracy for everything! Victory Subaru is lucky to have a kind service rep like you. More

They fixed my bent key without me even asking and free of charge. They replaced my bumper and the body work looked great, would definitely recommend. More
