I was in and out for an oil change in a half hour so the service was excellent. The only reason for not giving five stars is myself and another customer receiving zero acknowledgement from anyone for severa service was excellent. The only reason for not giving five stars is myself and another customer receiving zero acknowledgement from anyone for several minutes after entering the service department, despite everyone having looked directly at us and not being busy with other customers. I don't expect anyone to drop what they're doing for me, but a simple 'Hello, we'll be with you in a moment' would be better than awkward nothing while they finish whatever they're working on. Once I was finally greeted, the service was exceptional. More
