I was impressed with your new check in process. The only problem is that I was told I would get a text message telling me if something else needed to be done. I never received the text message. On checking my email, I saw the walk through of my van which was neat but I was not informed until I was checking out that replacing the cabin filter was recommended. I would definitely done that but was not told until too late!! Too bad the text message didn't work. More
