Nathaniel & Chris were awesome. Nathaniel knew his product, he answered my questions, Chris the sales manager took care of everything for me. The only issue that I have is I would suggest the blonde curly headed sales lady (she didn't bother giving me her name) that came out to sell to me first receive some additional training and maybe some help with customer service skills or perhaps a new job as a prison warden at the lady prison, she was very rude, I tried to ask her questions and she almost tried to argue with me, I asked her specifically about nitrogen in the tires and it being a $200 charge which I thought was high, her response was......don't ask me, I don't put air in the tires here. If she had continued to be my salesperson I would have left without purchasing anything and my review of Victory would be very low. Take my advice, if you pull up and the blonde curly haired lady comes out just ask for someone else. More

Dealing with Carrie made every single thing easy! ! My 4Runner has never been anywhere else but there although it was not purchased there, except for the service before this one.
