I waited for 1:40 for my RAV4. I looked outside where they parked the finished car and it was there. It was behind a truck which tells me it had been finished for a while. No one came to tell me it was done. I feel like I had to set there too long for what I had done. This has never happened before. This should be addressed. This was for 5,000 mile check up. More
