I verbally asked, if the 13 point inspection would be done and was told it would be. I had my tire place tell me that I needed new rear brakes and my front struts were leaking. The Victory service asso done and was told it would be. I had my tire place tell me that I needed new rear brakes and my front struts were leaking. The Victory service associate actually came out and said that my vehicle was in great shape for its age. I said “Did you do the inspection?” He said yes- didn’t find anything in need of service. He went and looked again and said the rear brakes were under 4 and the front struts were leaking. This isn’t the first time that your service department has let me down. I bought this vehicle from Robinsons and have 95 percent of the time have relied on your service department. I think I need to find a new mechanic. More

My Lexus was 2 months old and started to turn itself off. Took it in twice. They couldn’t figure it out. Told me to take it to a Lexus dealer and they would pay the bill.
