I was very annoyed with the way my appointment was handled. I had to reschedule, I did it online, received confirmation but then I got a missed appointment message while my car was in the garage there handled. Not only that but I kept getting repeat messages about my appointment being missed while you had my car. Very frustrating, and then on top of everything I received a text message 2 days before stating that they saw my car was serviced when it was not serviced yet and asking me to trade my car in in the next day. My fiancé got the exact same text message. I don’t appreciate it. I will never buy another car from victory Toyota. More

The dealership and people are great! I’ve purchased several vehicles from that place. I went in to get a complimentary oil change on my Highlander and I had a coupon for free windshiel I’ve purchased several vehicles from that place. I went in to get a complimentary oil change on my Highlander and I had a coupon for free windshield wipers. I asked about getting the wipers replaced but was told that I could only get the oil change completed because the two coupons couldn’t be combined. WHAT, they wanted me to come into the shop and have the wipers replaced another day. While I appreciate the complimentary oil change it’s an inconvenience to make a trip the next day to pick up free wipers. Especially with the way gas has risen. More
