Been there several times about noise in right front area when applying brakes. My concern is this could be a saftey issue!!! I even insisted my brakes be replaced w/ "toyota band" even though they said th when applying brakes. My concern is this could be a saftey issue!!! I even insisted my brakes be replaced w/ "toyota band" even though they said they didn't need replaced yet. Brakes were great first couple of weeks then the petal was soft again. I can't afford the $200 checkup fee every time I come in & yet the issue does not get resolved. My wheel bearings were even replaced. But the noise is still there when applying the brakes. Also? When I call the dealership to speak with Service manager? It goes to Michegan. Like they really know what is going on with my car. Too many prius friends are not happy w/Victory!!! They are looking to go elsewhere. Big isn't always better!!! Big companies owning dealerships. More

Victory Toyota is the most unethical dealership I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, I submitted an online offer via Smartpath and was told that the vehicle would be marked as sold to me. After w ever had the displeasure to deal with, I submitted an online offer via Smartpath and was told that the vehicle would be marked as sold to me. After waiting over two months for the truck to be built and delivered, they tried to raise the sale price by over two thousand dollars and installed several options I did not ask for or approve. After showing them the original sale price that was advertised, they reluctantly agreed to adjust the price but required me to pay for the other products and services totaling nearly four thousand dollars in order to complete the deal. yes, I did sign for the truck because I had driven three hours and waited over two months for the vehicle. I just want others to know what type of behavior they can expect from the Victory Toyota dealer network. More
