Service appointment was at 1:30. Upon arrival there was no intake person available. I had to track one down. Waited three and a half hours with no communication from service perso Upon arrival there was no intake person available. I had to track one down. Waited three and a half hours with no communication from service personnel. I finally saw that the car was parked outside and had to track down a service rep only to be told that the problem needed parts, which were not in stock and that service would have to be rescheduled when parts arrive. I have dealt with this dealership for 15 years and purchased two vehicles there. The service department had always been efficient. The quality of the service has seriously deteriorated under the new management. After this experience, I'm exploring other dealerships in the area. More
