Much different than used to be. Used to be able to get in to get serviced in just a couple days and not as friendly staff as used to be but happy overall. I feel as though level of care drops off once your warrenty expires. I am also disappointed to hear the new dealer will not continue with the free tire rotation if tires are purchased through Toyota. warrenty expires. My car was done and in the bay for at least 15 minutes before anyone came out and told me it was ready. I received a tire rotation, but i am not sure what else was done and there was no explanation. I needed a tire rotate and did not have an appointment. I asked Sandy (service advisor) if she could do it and she said yes she could work it in. In addition to the tire rotate they checked my air filters I asked Sandy (service advisor) if she could do it and she said yes she could work it in. In addition to the tire rotate they checked my air filters and showed me that the cabin air filter was filthy. They installed a new filter and rotated my tires and I was good to go. I am very happy with the service department at Victory Toyota and recommend them to keep your Toyota running like new. Great people! More
