I was searching for vehicles online and contacted by C & C Toyota, I inquired about trading my 2020 eclipse cross SUV for a new Tacoma and the the dealership informed me they didn’t even want my trade. Tacoma frame replacement Took my 2010 tacoma in for a frame inspection. I was told that it didn't pass and that Toyota corporation agreed. They ordered a new frame and a few w Took my 2010 tacoma in for a frame inspection. I was told that it didn't pass and that Toyota corporation agreed. They ordered a new frame and a few weeks later I was told it was in. They called to arrange a time to install. I must say the process was seamless. The service dept. was helpful and informative. A week later I dropped the rental truck off and picked up my Tacoma. The service dept. checked for any replacement parts the truck might need, and said none were needed. I appreciate an honest dealership looking out for their customers. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any Toyota repairs. A very pleasant experience. Thank you C & C. P.S. I had one little hiccup with the front bumper after picking up the truck but they fixed it promptly. More
