I needed a tire rotate and did not have an appointment. I asked Sandy (service advisor) if she could do it and she said yes she could work it in. In addition to the tire rotate they checked my air filters I asked Sandy (service advisor) if she could do it and she said yes she could work it in. In addition to the tire rotate they checked my air filters and showed me that the cabin air filter was filthy. They installed a new filter and rotated my tires and I was good to go. I am very happy with the service department at Victory Toyota and recommend them to keep your Toyota running like new. Great people! More

I feel as though level of care drops off once your warrenty expires. I am also disappointed to hear the new dealer will not continue with the free tire rotation if tires are purchased through Toyota. warrenty expires. Replaced rear wheel bearings as asked. They found that my rear brakes and calipers needed replaced. I opted to do the brakes and calipers myself. When I attempted to remove the rear wheels They found that my rear brakes and calipers needed replaced. I opted to do the brakes and calipers myself. When I attempted to remove the rear wheels, all of the rear lug nuts were over torqued. I had to use a breaker bar and a three foot cheater pipe to get them loose. Glad that I or my wife did not have a flat while away from my garage. It almost seems like the lug nuts were intentionally over tightened. Several of the lug nuts are scarred to the point that I had to use a hammer to drive the socket on them. Disappointed by something that should not be a problem from a professional mechanic. Hopefully the bearing and transmission service was completed with more care. More
