After replacing the rear brake pads in our 2005 Camry, the mechanic used so much torque to tighten the wheel nuts that he deformed them. There is no way anyone could loosen the wheel nuts with the tools the mechanic used so much torque to tighten the wheel nuts that he deformed them. There is no way anyone could loosen the wheel nuts with the tools that came with the car. Also, it was very difficult to fit a socket wrench on the deformed nuts. I had to replace them with new wheel nuts. More

Rob was helpful, and patient, not pushy and worked with us to get us the RAV 4 we wanted with no hassles. Erik and George were great too! Was happy to work with them, also. Rob went over and above to make sure the car was ready and the deal was what we talked about and anticipated. Erik streamlined the paperwork as best as could be, it was a slam dunk as we needed no financing and purchased the vehicle and a Toyota VSA at a great price with a check free and clear.... George was flexible with our requests as I've worked at a Dealership in Salinas since 1993 and I'm fairly rehearsed as what to and not to expect and there were no surprises. Very happy about working with them through the purchasing process. I would recommend Victory and this team to anyone needing a Toyota! Thanks! More
