I bought a Toyota Crown on July 1st-the experience was ok, however after the sale was done -I saw a promotion July1st-6th buy a new or used car and received 1 of several gifts. I inquired with my sales r ok, however after the sale was done -I saw a promotion July1st-6th buy a new or used car and received 1 of several gifts. I inquired with my sales rep and he said he would look into it. I never heard back from him, then i sent him a text...the answer was oh i inquired with my sales mgr and you don't qualify....guess i negotiated such a good deal they didn't want to give me the $500.00 Visa gift card. Not good and beware of any promotions at this dealership. More
