My husband and I had a really unfortunate situation where our vehicle experienced a manufacturing defect while on our 5 week road trip 3,000 miles from home. While we did not purchase our vehicle from Victor our vehicle experienced a manufacturing defect while on our 5 week road trip 3,000 miles from home. While we did not purchase our vehicle from Victory, they went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best service and a fixed and reliable vehicle. Kyle, Jesse, Vidal and the whole service team treated us beyond expectations. They over delivered on communication, delivery, timing, and professionalism. I have sent in a request to Victory Toyota Seaside C. A on 11/19/22 for my car as a trade in regarding 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE -10 mi. which was listed on CarMax for $8,910 and they never got back to A on 11/19/22 for my car as a trade in regarding 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE -10 mi. which was listed on CarMax for $8,910 and they never got back to me. Seems to be a error on the listing, but they still did not reach out to me or honor it. I have proof and will be taking it to higher up authority. More

Bait and switch (Clickbait). I requested information about a brand new car and then I called them. The car had been sold which I understand can happen but then they quoted me pri I requested information about a brand new car and then I called them. The car had been sold which I understand can happen but then they quoted me pricing for a similar brand new car with fewer options and the pricing was about $4000 higher and the price was $5000 above suggested retail price or the price you get when you build your own vehicle on Toyota's website! No need to work with these guys! More
