About five months ago, I had my car repaired at a body shop following an accident. After the repair, I started noticing the grille shutter lamp would come on repeatedly. I took the car to Toyota several times, but they couldn’t figure out the cause. Eventually, the check engine light also came on, and when I took it back to Toyota, they found out the issue: the part used in the repair wasn’t a genuine Toyota part, and that poor connection was the root of all these warning lights. Jonathan at Toyota suggested I contact the body shop again, even though I thought it was impossible to resolve after so long. Thanks to his advice and the cooperation of Max from the body shop, everything was fixed. I hadn’t expected this outcome at all, and it saved me nearly $2,000, which my insurance ultimately covered. Without Jonathan’s suggestion, I wouldn’t have been able to resolve it so smoothly. I’m truly grateful to the team at Toyota. More

Went in for starter issue and check engine light. After a week and a half and consulting with “experts”, they found the check engine light issue. Diagnosed starter issue as ignition switch. Two weeks later, came in again with check engine light and starter . It was a bad starter after all. Another $2k down the drain. I’ll never use this dealership again! More
