Metro Toyota is excellent! Our family knew we were buying another Toyota Sienna but we did not know which dealer we would purchase it from in the Cleveland area. I’m so very happy that Metro Toyota was the first call I made. They were so nice over the phone and even better in person. I was nervous because I hadn’t purchased a new car since 2009 and I was also going to a different manufacturer. Everyone I dealt with were so helpful and I immediately relaxed. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful Ramona was. She was patient, kind, helpful and I didn’t feel pressured or manipulated. I am not a hugger, but I hugged her twice. She made the experience of buying a new car effortless and enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car. This is my first Toyota but definitely not my last. More
