Brought in my 2025 Camry for an oil change, tire rotation, and battery inspection. I didn't receive a call back when it was ready. I called to check on it, the person who answered the call didn't kn rotation, and battery inspection. I didn't receive a call back when it was ready. I called to check on it, the person who answered the call didn't know how to help me, so I was told to come in. The battery issue was fixed, but the oil change and tire rotation were not! So, I had to come back the next day! I then contacted the dealership to share my experience, AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME. This would NEVER have happened with Metro Toyota. SHAME ON VICTORY TOYOTA. They clearly don't care about their customers!! More
