He even drove the car to my house which I realy appreciated. Last week I was in a minor car accident and my beautiful Scion xB in voodoo blue was damaged by an impatient driver. After speaking with my insurance company I immediately contacted your company to assist w Scion xB in voodoo blue was damaged by an impatient driver. After speaking with my insurance company I immediately contacted your company to assist with repairs. Once the insurance companies got involved, things seemed to spiral out of control quickly - the insurance company paying for the repairs was less than pleasant and my insurance agent was helpful, but unable to clear up confusion. It was then that I turned to your employee, Melissa, for guidance/help and a dose of sanity. Melissa quickly took control of the situation & worked with the insurance company covering the repairs. She was able to keep me/get me in a rental vehicle and to save me the headache of commuting back and forth. Without Melissa rushing in and rescuing me on Monday, I'm not sure what I would have done and I wanted to be sure someone above her knew what an excellent job she did. Because of Melissa's patience, understanding and knowledge of the entire insurance/repair process I will undoubtedly come back to your facility for any future repairs (hopefully I don't have to) and without hesitation, I will recommend your facility to friends & family.
