Rear breaks I had the free inspection along with my service and was told I needed my rear breaks replaced. I was told I was only breaking with front breaks. I sai I had the free inspection along with my service and was told I needed my rear breaks replaced. I was told I was only breaking with front breaks. I said I would consult with my husband at which point I was near another place that services brakes and had them replace them due to convenience with my schedule. I was shown brakes in very good condition that did Not need replacing. It still ended up causing me money. I was disappointed because I have been a Toyota customer for almost 20 years More

They subsequently called me back with their resolution and also proactively replaced a failed tail light. When I returned to the dealership, I received a friendly greeting and the service agent fully explained the problem. This visit took care of my issue. I had been hearing a dronning sound when I drove my car. Made an appointment earlier and was told it was my tires. This visit the tech really looked i I had been hearing a dronning sound when I drove my car. Made an appointment earlier and was told it was my tires. This visit the tech really looked into it and found that my front right wheel bearing was in need of replacement. Fixed and drove home without the noise. I always have good service but sometimes it takes a couple of visits to solve the issue. More

Brake rotor I came in for a 30000 miles check up the oil was change tire rotated. The sales rep came in and said generally the car was find the breaks were ok, bu I came in for a 30000 miles check up the oil was change tire rotated. The sales rep came in and said generally the car was find the breaks were ok, but the one rotor need to be adjusted and cleaned. And that would cost 60 dollars. Of course I said no. I never heard of a rotor that needed to be adjusted or cleaned. I heard of replacing or turning when having a break job. I also think I was scam in buying a tire at my 20000 mile check up when the service tech claimed that there was a foreign object on the side of the tire which ment the tire was unrepairable. More
