Oops! We forgot to check the overnight box!! I scheduled my appointment for Friday 2/16 at 7:45am and stated I would drop the car off overnight. I received email and text notification regarding the appointment. While at work Friday I received no call and when I checked at the end of the day, they could not find a record of my service call. I informed them of when the car had been dropped off and keys placed in drop box. After apparently checking the box they find my keys. Too late to do any service on vehicle so I wait an extra day without my car. Service was completed as expected and no charge for oil change due to the inconvenience. I have used this dealer and service center for many years and several vehicles. I hope this is not a sign of things to come in the way of customer service. If I can get multiple notifications of the scheduled appointment and request for a survey afterwards, why can't they check if a vehicle has arrived as scheduled. More

Disappointment I usually have excellent experiences here, but last time was awful. Some things were not fixed on my car ( high RPM's....loudness...loose steering, et I usually have excellent experiences here, but last time was awful. Some things were not fixed on my car ( high RPM's....loudness...loose steering, etc.) Car is still having those issues (only 9,000 mi). Nobody went over anything with me, or addressed my concerns. Felt rushed out, Now I feel that my almost $500 a mo payment is way too much! Very disappointed. More

Diagnose and repair problem with front end noise. I had an appointment on 2/12/18 for noise under the car. It was determined to be the rear shocks and front sway bar links which was done while I wait I had an appointment on 2/12/18 for noise under the car. It was determined to be the rear shocks and front sway bar links which was done while I waited. The original noise was gone when I left. Then after a few minutes another kind of rattle was heard while I was heading home on I 480. It was too late to go back so I called and returned on Tuesday 2/13. I waited 1.5 hours again then went out to see what was going on. At that time it had just been finished. The front sway bar was leaking. They replaced it at no charge to me and it seems fine now. My only comment is someone should have test driven it after completion. It would have saved me a long drive as I live in North Ridgeville. More
