Serve was amazing... Maintaince found window fluid in my oil ... that was amazing. Service took care of the danger situation . I was charged for it , but what a catch. They remember me by the incident ...I had a key situation where both key broke.. it was a bit of a battle but I was able to at lease get 1 replace when serve realized I had extended warranty. I did have to talk to supervisor Chris last week... my sister had the same problem with her Toyota keys her dealership replaced it without issue the first time it happened. My key situation had been going on for over 2 years..finally I have a key that's not all taped up and stuck in my ignition... Amen More

Service was OK, except that no record of battery checked. Original, battery dead less than 1 week later, would not hold charge. Would have replaced at service visit if informed.
