Took my Tacoma in for its 5000 mile service. Used the Toyota app to set up my appointment and dropped my truck off at the dealer. The detailing team at Toyota has also shown very poor conduct. On the other hand, the Toyota manager is exceptional. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere among several employees feels unprofessional and lacking the basic standards of dignity and respect. More
